  1. The turtle!?!?!?!? How dare you sir. D’Lo Brown is a fine gentleman. I say good day to you sir.

Real question here, is it Rotunda or Rotundo? I really have no idea. Are both socially acceptable? I feel like they have been interchanged so much over the years that both are totally fine.

Still listening to the fine episode, just wanted to rant and rave about the D’Lo haters, more so the CHEST PROTECTOR HATERS. But thanks for throwing him in there, I feel like it was specifically for me.

LOVVVVVEEEEDDDD this episode!!!! One of my favorite factions, The Varsity Club. Great angle that flew under the radar, maybe if they had that “HORSEMEN” push, it could’ve gone further. Think about all of those wrestlers with collegiate backgrounds, it could’ve been a revolving door of members. Before this particular feud, I loved Mike Rotunda and Rick Steiner as a tag team champs, couldn’t see anyone beating them for awhile. Kevin Sullivan as the headmaster, hailing from Boston College, was genius. He was like a “demented” Joe Paterno. Just before the angle fizzled, Kevin Sullivan was trying to recruit Ron Simmons, from Florida State, to joinThe Varsity Club…that would’ve been AMAZING. Ahhhhh, what could’ve been. Keep up the GREAT work. Hey guys, how about some early 80’s Mid Atlantic, THANKS…

  3. Drew Money says:

I believe any team in any sport would benefit tremendously from the instruction and leadership of Kevin Sullivan. I fail to see why he is not mentioned in the same breath as other coaching luminaries such as Vince Lombardi, Sparky Anderson or Phil Jackson.

  4. When I think of obscure comic book characters, I think of Wonder Woman. No one’s eeeeeeeeeever heard of her or jacked it to a picture of Linda Carter circa 1978.

    Love ya, Dre 🙂

So glad I didn’t miss the meet-up. It feels so good to finally connect with Black Cat and Dre.
